PUC Hearing on TNC carpooling

(they could not get their legislation passed in Sacramento to legalize what they are already doing – so they want the PUC to make it all right)

 

Talking points:

Based on 2014 data collected by GPS developer TomTom, San Francisco is home to the country's second most congested roadways with a 34 percent congestion level — a four percent increase since 2012.
