There is A NOTICE TO THE CLASS in the class action filed April 2, 2010 against various Color Schemes for overcharging drivers on gate fees between September 1, 2004 through October 27, 2006.  This notice relates to drivers who drove for "Speck Cab Company" DBA Arrow Cab Co. and Veterans Cab Co. at some time between 9/1/2004 thru 10/27/2006.

"Speck" has failed to appear as required by the court. As a result of this failure to appear, the attorney representing the drivers in the above defined class is going to request a default judgement against Speck. The amount of the judgement, if any, is unknown and your share as a member of the class will be based on the number of gates for which you where over charged.

If you are a member of this class, you have the choice to remain in the class, thereby sharing in a portion of any judgement that may be awarded by the court, or request to be excluded from the class, thereby preserving your right to bring your own action against Speck.  If you chose to be excluded, your WILL NOT be eligible to share in the judgement, if any, awarded in this case.

To REMAIN in the class, and share in any potential monetary award, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING. 

To be EXCLUDED from the class and from any monetary recovery, should any be obtained, for this class action, you must send a signed letter with your full name, mailing address, and last four digits of your social security number, requesting exclusion from the "Speck taxicab lawsuit".  The letter must be post marked on or before 12/20/2016 and sent to:
